Artist statement

Things are constantly changing. I live in a busy city where people are always moving. There are cars honking, people talking on cell phones, and a constant wave of chaos that surrounds city life. I try to capture the side of Philadelphia that isn’t represented in tourist brochures. I am trying to capture the quiet, peaceful side of Philadelphia.
I explore some of Philadelphia’s most popular places at night: Love Park, Penn’s Landing, South Street. This shows that this crazy city eventually has to sleep, and does.
