160/90 visit

It was great to see 160/90 as it looks like groovy jobs do really still exist.  Tom gave an interesting tour because he frankly talked to us about his life experience which led him to this position.  His tour also showed us a small working environment of many creative people together churning out a product which we can see around us.  His tour also highlighted the creative people in the company have to use their creative skills often or all day, but also have be able to time manage, meet with others to decide and collaborate, know how to budget and other business skills.  I noticed that most of the staff were young, which may tell something about the demanding roles which others may not be able to keep pace with.  The work place was also dynamic in architecture and showed what is around.  I wondered how many people actually play at the table tennis table because of the noise potentially driving others nuts.  Within that environment and in Tom's position, makes 160/90 look an ideal place to work.
